Rhiann McLean (she/her) is an experienced research, evaluation and engagement professional with a special interest in elevating the role of lived experience in the world of research. Rhiann has experience working with a range of marginalised groups, but has specialist knowledge of learning disabilities and neurodiversity. Rhiann is co-founder of Three Sisters Consultancy, a specialist training organisation.
